Return and Refund Policy
To verify information, please take a video when receiving the goods and opening the goods as proof of comparison. You must immediately contact customer service if you have any questions about defective and damaged goods. We only accept returns if there is a problem with the order within 30 days from the date you receive the item.
Returned orders must meet the following conditions:
- Order wrong size and color compared to the original order
- If the order is wrong, you want to change it to another item, please contact customer service for support and handling.
- If items such as ceramics and glass are broken, contact customer service for assistance.
We reserve the right to refuse a product return request when:
Items that are not as new, the customer used, or damaged without authentic video or pictures are non-exchangeable.
In addition, a note you need to keep in mind when returning products:
- Customers who purchase tables/chairs are responsible for the replacement fees and applicable taxes.
- Returned goods must have a receipt, in original condition, with tags intact
- The customer must bear the restocking fee, the discount will be deducted from the refund.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
